Name(s) [and ages, for children, please—it won't be on their badges, just for general info]
Town (for name tags or credit)
Best e-mail address for communication
Which gathering(s) you're most likely to attend

Step Two:

Funds in U.S. dollars

Registering during February or March:

$70 for a single attendee
$100 for two (aged four or older) in one family
$120 for three (aged four or older) in one family
$130 for four (aged four or older) in one family
$135 for five (aged four or older) in one family

children under the age of four are free (but send name and age anyway)

These are in U.S. dollars. If you prefer not to use PayPal, e-mail me and we will arrange an alternative.
